So what's up mate?

Well I arrived in London on Monday afternoon... I've got quite a lot of work and I am looking for a flatshare in London (that's not easy... and super expensive!).So here I am, in England, and for a few month. St Valentine's day without my girlfriend was a bit morally hard. I was really tired yesterday but I already feel better.
At the moment I am in Rotherite, south Est London. My friend Mark shares his room with me (note for myself: Mark is really a good friend - remember it).
I've seen 4 flats already: one in West Kensington (was very nice but I didn't feel comfortable with the people who are living there), one in Baron's court (nice but too much people), one in Holborn (with a 20 years old disgusting brown carpet, and 80's furniture) and one this evening in Covent garden. That last one is very nice but it is really small. I can't receive any friend or my father (who would like to discover London) in this kind of place ... never mind, I'll visit other flats in the next days. Hope I'll quickly find "chaussure a mon pied" ;)
The best would be before the 25, because my love is on holidays (so she could visit me for a few days).
This is my very first post in English, I hope it won't be the last one :D
Don't worry if you notice strange things on this blog on the next few days, I am testing lifeType (a very good open source blog platform). Is lifeType better than dotClear? I'd really like to find out!
C'est d'abord le Belge qui se lance: "I wake up in the morning, I eat a yellow banana, a green pepper and in the evening I watch the Pink Panther on TV" (la copine qui m'a envoyé cette blague vient de Bruxelles).
C'est ensuite au tour de l'Allemand:"I wake up in the morning, I see the yellow sun, the green grass and I think to myself: I hope it will be a pink day".
Enfin, le Français s'avance et dit:"I wake up in ze mornink, I hear ze phone:"green.....green...green...I pink up ze phone and I say: "Yellow?"
